For this project, the historical portion of the existing facility is to remain. The existing portion will receive selective demolition and
complete interior renovation. The portions of buildings to be demolished include the gymnasium and
annex building. New construction includes a kitchen/cafeteria, a multi‐purpose room and media
center. Total renovation and the new building areas amount to 67,060 square feet for a 500 student
capacity.
