The existing 1954 facility, composed of a three-story building and a cafeteria, is to be totally
demolished and the existing three-story 1920 building is to be selectively demolished. A new 68,000
sf, three-story facility will be constructed and the existing 21,000 sf original 1920 building will be
renovated. The new facility will have a capacity for 500 students and will include 27
teaching stations, a Cafeteria, Gymnasium, Media Center, Science and Art spaces.
