Occupancy Schedule Southern Management Group shall develop a schedule to assist the Owner with all relocation, furnishings and equipment transfers, training and staffing requirements associated with moving into a new facility.
Final Closeout Procedure Southern Management Group shall develop and implement procedures to expedite final closeout to include warranty and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, substantial completion forms and final pay requests.
Warranty Period Southern Management Group shall develop and implement procedures for expediting correction of all warranty work during the warranty period. In addition, Southern Management Group shall assist the Architect in a year-end warranty inspection prior to the completion of the warranty period.
